I wore this short bold stripe dress with a bell shaped tutu skirt which is different from the romantic tutu skirt that I wore here. The bell shaped tutu is perfect to wear under short dresses to give them lift and volume. I prefer to wear the romantic tutu as a skirt on its own when I'm feeling very girly girly. I paired the graphic stripe dress with my pair of tie and dye Fiore pointy flats because I love print mixing.
